Marketing and Design Internship Available

Campus Media Group is seeking a summer intern interested in gaining marketing and design experience with a national college marketing agency. Students interested in gaining experience in marketing, web and print design, and the college marketing industry should apply.

Job Duties:

  • Design and update marketing collateral to promote Campus Media’s products and services
  • Assist the sales team with client projects, print production,  and presentation design
  • Work with Director of Marketing on website design and development projects
  • Assist with online marketing and advertising efforts including the company blog and other social media channels
  • Assist with projects relating to online video creation and editing

Skills and Education Requirements:

Applicants should be in college or have a college degree. A passion for sports, music, entertainment, or other youth trends is a strong plus.

Applicant should be proficient with Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.  Any experience with Dreamweaver, web design/programming, or digital video editing is also desired.

Other:

Interns will work about 20 hrs per week during regular business hours. Internship runs from June 1st through the start of Fall semester.

Compensation – $10 per hour

Campus OOH Advertising Sales Job

College Marketing Job

Do you have experience in out-of-home (OOH) advertising sales? Are you knowledgeable about the youth market?

For this position we are looking for experienced OOH sales people who can bring their experience and current contacts to the table to help grow our network of on-campus OOH opportunities.

What we are looking for:

  • 3+ years of OOH sales experience
  • Knowledge of the 18-24 year old demographic (experience working with “youth” related brands a plus)
  • Strong sales experience (cold calling, networking, prospecting, contract negotiations, strategy/planning).
  • Ability to connect with agencies and brands to explore and contact for the advertising space
  • Strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
  • Independent self-starter with strong work ethic
  • Team attitude – work together with our existing team in positive and forward looking attitude
  • MS Office skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with Google Docs, Gmail, Google Sites, and SalesForce a plus.
  • 4-year college degree in advertising, marketing, business, or other related field.
  • Will include some travel
